Arizona Liquor License Facts
Purchasing and transferring a liquor license in Arizona involves submitting an application to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control (ADLLC) along with a transfer fee and certain documents. To purchase a liquor license, applicants must provide the ADLLC with information about the licensee’s name, address, phone number, signature, and other details that are pertinent to the application. Additionally, applicants must supply copies of their current license, the transfer agreement, and other evidence of compliance with state law. Once the application is approved, the applicant may purchase the existing license and the processing fee is paid to the ADLLC.
